Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Very nice resort, lovely pool and bar area. Great beach. Always sunbeds available. Very good variety in the buffet. Kids enjoyed the entertainment and kids club.
While the buffet was great, the options for kids in the restaurants was very limited.

Food was very good and there was lots of variety.
I wish we had asked more about the facilities but didn’t know we needed to. We didn’t know there were theatrical shows at night, and I think spouse would have gone on a trip to Tulum if he’d realized how nice it is. Also nobody mentioned playacar beach. A brochure with some of these highlights left in the room or offered on checkin would have been ideal. Also more about the sister resort and what the best attractions there are there that we could explore.

the staff was great. the location was great.
the food wasn’t very good only ate at the property 2 times. waste of money for the all inclusive. the timeshare people are to pushy they even called me to the room twice
