Far from MRT station

Location was good but the distance was far from MRT station. Housekeepers are very kind.

MRT station was far. Room quite small for duplex and with smoking smell.

Drei Sterne- Hotel ist ziemlich hoch bewertet

Gute Busverbindung in alle Richtungen vor der Tür

Die Zimmer , für 18 m2 zu klein , kein Schrank ,nur paar Kleiderbügel . Bett auch sehr klein ( kingsize , höchstens 1,80 breit ) Fenster mit Gartenblick 🫣🫤 ..haha , zur gegenüberliegenden Hauswand 2 m. Fenster .. alte Holzfenster und nicht dicht . Wir dachten , die Autos fahren vorm Fenster vorbei . Ruhe bekommt man dort nicht .

フェリー乗り場に近い。静か。

Staff need training on etiquette, won’t be staying again.

Room looked nice

Staff were rude, did not greet us properly, check in was as if they just wanted us gone. Upon check out we requested them to order a taxi and “so you want me to do it?” Was the response of the staff member. We attempted to call reception at about 4pm for help with the tv but no one answered, we called 4 times, and did not receive a call back.

Comfortable

Helpful staff and good comfortable room for 2 nights.

Not practical transportation wise (metro then bus) so I ended up taking taxis all the time there which also saves you a lot of time. But overall great stay! Thanks! :)

Superb

The hotel is central, close to bus stop, clean and lately renovated. Staff was helpful and efficient. It is good value for money. And I loved the mattress, very firm.

Little but far to buy food, suggestions put bending machine for food like sandwich or, Maggie noddles cups or something.

quite a nice trip

the location of the stay was very near to MRT station, made us able to travel easily. The staff were nice to talk with, check in and out were smooth

SUPER SUPER LOUSY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE .

aircon at the 1st room was really bad, 1 request a change of room and the aircon was worst. when speak to the front desk, they suggested putting to another temp and see hows that go. they mention the room was just open for stay after a few months. no one bother to check the condition of the aircon before they start selling their package. the technician mention the aircon was just service. so well done to them, after service no check were done if the servicing was done well. after few hours of frustration i decide to check out. upon opening the door. the corridor was cooling than my room. i feedback at the front desk, they didn't bother to do anything. I AM SUPER !@#$%^&*()

Peculiar mode of operation

Good location as it was near some tourist attractions and a mall, so it was easy to shop for personal items. and was easily accessible by taxis. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was too small and water on the bathroom floor drained slowly. The room was clean when I checked in, but after that, it was not cleaned at all during my stay. I called the receptionist and he said rooms are cleaned one day after check-in, and even then on the following day the room was still not cleaned. It didn't seem to matter whether the room door has been indicated "make up my room" or "private", or the fact that I called reception, either way, it was not cleaned. Raised the same issue upon check out and there was not a word from the lady at the reception about it. I have never seen such a mode of operation and service in all the hotels I have stayed in, very peculiar indeed.
