Całkiem miła obsługa. Łóżko ok.

Nocleg z 22 na 23.11, pokój 420, 4 piętro, wieczór, odkręcam ciepłą wodę w zlewie i zamurowuje mnie ze zdziwienia - woda leci dosłownie czerwona, po czym po kilkunastu sekundach nieco się oczyszcza - woda zimna jest krystaliczna, ciepła nieco żółta i śmierdząca. Pomyślałem, że może kilka dni nikogo w tym pokoju nie było i stąd taki osad w róże, nie zgłaszałem, poszedłem spać. Rano po obudzeniu okazało się, że w moim pokoju nie ma prądu. Karta wkładana i wyciągana kilka razy, prądu brak. Telefon na recepcję, Pani mówi że sprawdzi, w międzyczasie próba ogarnięcia się przy świetle z latarek telefonów. Po jakimś czasie drugi telefon, Pani z recepcji mówi, że była, sprawdziła bezpieczniki jest ok, za 30 minut ma być kolega to zobaczy. Pytam o możliwość zmiany pokoju żeby w normalnych warunkach się ogarnąć, informacja o braku wolnych pokoi. Poranek przy świetle latarek telefonów. Poranna kąpiel, odkręcam ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem, wodą mętna, śmierdząca - załączam zdjęcie (screenshot z filmu po puszczeniu wody - oświetlenie - lampa telefonu) Śniadanie słabe, pieczywo - bułki - w mojej ocenie nie świeże. Mały wybór, 3 wędliny, kilka warzyw, sery. Kiełbasa smażona raczej położona na patelni i zdjęta, nieco przyrumieniona, w środku surowa, zimna. Na recepcji zostawiłem numer telefonu z prośbą o kontakt Menagera. Brak kontaktu ze strony hotelu, mój telefon kilka godzin po wyjeździe z prośbą o rozmowę. Informacja, że jest zajęty na spotkaniu i nie może. Po nakreśleniu sytuacji Pan z recepcji jednak idzie i rozmawia z Menagerem, wraca z informacją, że oddzwoni tego samego dnia po południu lub dziś rano. Kontaktu ze strony hotelu brak.

A good time was had by all.

friendly staff and housekeepers, quick to respond to any requests, ie refills at breakfast and extra clean towels etc. Staff mostly had a smile on their faces.

Some of the facilities are looking a bit tired and worn, could do with a bit of paint and an update.

Very basic rooms... expect to hear doors slamming

The staff were the only positive of this hotel really, as they were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough, which makes a stay at the hotel just about passable.

I'd have expected more for the price we paid (around 50 pounds). The place was noisy and a large group of people stayed out all night in the car parking playing with their cars - I'd expect the hotel to have the common sense to ask them to move on or to call the police. We could also hear every time someone came out of their room as we would hear a big BANG as the door slammed as they left. The room itself was very basic and not worth the money for the location.

I like Poznan

The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport. A comfortable walk and you are already at the tram or bus station, from where you can reach everything. The hotel has a perfect, varied breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean. A dynamic and skilled team works. I can only say good things. I recommend it to anyone.

Very close to airport

The pork dinner with goats cheese salad was amazing! Best I've ever tasted. Room and bathroom were big and bed was comfi. Literally 10 min drive from the airport, with petrol stations and McD en route.

Daria should not be working at the front desk. She was extremely rude, scolding me for giving her my UK license as proof of ID. Became very defensive and argumentative when I asked why the kitchen was closed 7-8pm. Breakfast was OK, some fruit salad would have been nice.

Closed to the airport

The bathroom room 210 when showering the drain does not work. The AC in room does not work .. I was only staying for one night

Still here think that says it all

Didn't have breakfast so can't comment evening meals and soups excellent

Only slight moan is not being able to open the bedroom window fully due to health and safety such a shame not being able to fully appreciate the forest air

the stay was Horrified.

The building and rooms are as published.

real story: people who you dont know or maybe even the workers, are spy on you in the room. in my case i move to another room but on the same floor, i was able to hear the same people that i heard in the room before, the clearly was listening to every word that was said in the room, one of them a girl, even stood outside my room door and laugh. to my surprise there voices came from unknown place, since the first room was not between any room, and the second was to the stairs. and it was not from the window either. it was an horror movie, you know the one the guests stay in hotel room but the dont know the been watch.
