City view, rooftop bar, location
Old TV and decorder not working, broken remote, not that clean particularly the bathroom. Visible lack of maintenance for a 5 star hotel.

Good, tasty breakfasts. A nice pool. A pretty good view of the city from the balcony.
The hotel itself is quite old and run-down. The rooms aren't cleaned well and are dirty (stains on the tables, dust). The room has a kitchen, but there isn’t a single knife, fork, or frying pan - if you’re traveling with a child and want to cook for them yourself, forget about it. The blinds on the windows don’t work. Phone chargers fall out of the outlets because they’re loose.

Nice lobby, nice staff, hidden gem food market next door
Room was a bit dirty needs work to renew a little, we had to kill two cockroaches.

The location was decent and the buffet was also decent.
The room was so dirty even had stains on furniture, rugs. The door lock wasnt even safe
