Thanks to the staff who kindly changed our room to another quieter place. Breakfast, as always, with a wide selection of dishes.
When booking, the staff could have warned about an upcoming night party with a disco in the hotel restaurant on the first floor.

Friendly and helpful staff , especially the young lady on reception ( apologies for not getting her name ) who spoke great english and helped with everything throughout my satay. All of the restaurant staff make you feel at home. Food in the restaurant was a surprise, very eclectic but excellent and great value . ( Especially loved the Bao buns )

Not much in the hotel but there is a nice Lunch bar next door and a bakery two doors down,
The rooms have been recently renovated, but not all aspects were changed, such as the switches and the toilet flusher - really gross! The fridge was broken and we could not keep anything in it, and when I requested someone have a look at it or get us another one from a different room, all I got from the reception staff is "we called for service and that they should be here the day you check out to have a look!" Rooms were cold, and the view of a wall outside (another building ), literally 2 meters away, blocking any kind of view from our window, hardly made us feel like we were on any kind of holiday - super claustrophobic. The area is horrendous on top of it, and I definitely will not be staying there again.

"It would be nice to know there was an option of scrambled eggs for breakfast. Just relised after other guests had it. Breakfast wasn't amazing. But overall the stay was very good"
