Location, value for money and contactless check-in/check-out
As mentioned by previous reviewers - carpeting in rooms needs either total cleaning or replacement. This and narrow single beds are the only downsides I can think of.

They have really good restaurant downstairs with very nice menu and very friendly staff. Good coffee too. Room was very clean. They have private parking for a few cars, too. Room was very clean.
It is very close to a main street and another smaller road,  although they have very good acoustic windows, so when they are closed, you don’t hear a thing.

I liked restaurant, room was large and nice. Everything was good apart internet.
Lack of Internet in my room (2nd floor).
Internet works on ground floor and first floor, complete doesn't work o second which was very frustrating.
