Zoals al meerdere beoordelingen aan geeft is Ritsa een perfecte gastvrouw. Maar niet alleen Ritsa maar al het personeel is aardig en vriendelijk. Hotel ligt op een rustige locatie, 10 - 15 minuten lopen tot toegang veel restaurants. Lunch is heerlijk bij het hotel zelf. Kom zeker nog een keer terug!
Eigenlijk niets maar heb 2 tips:
1: Ik ben helaas uitgegleden in de badkamer, misschien een anti slip doek oid;
2: een plaatje waar alle restaurants te vinden zijn op de boulevard.

Ritsa and the Staff were very accomodating and friendly. I like that they clean the room everyday, facilities are clean. 3 mins walk to the bus stop, and a store, and 5 mins walk to Black beach with lots of choice of restaurants. Also Perissa beach is walking distance. I also like the swimming pool, they also have a bar and they have breakfast bar included. Also you can order food lunch and dinner and eat it on their food lounge.

Location
The bed clothes were old and gone grey and were not changed for the entire week.
The towels were rough, dirty and had holes in them.
There was a leak in the sink. There was a dirty glass on our balcony and it was still there when we were leaving.
The manager tried to make amends when I reported it, but cleaning and cleaners need to urgently be addressed.
