Although we contacted you in advance, the information provided was incorrect: first the wrong building number, then an incorrect access code. As we received no response to our messages, we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for a resident to leave the building in order to enter.
Upon entering the apartment, we found it to be in a very poor state of cleanliness. I spent nearly an hour cleaning the kitchen and the bathroom. The bedroom was too dirty for us to use, so we were unable to sleep there. We slept on two sofas, wearing our own clothes, as the bed linen was clearly not clean.
In addition, the condition of the pots, pans, and even the cooking plates is highly questionable and does not allow for use under acceptable hygiene conditions ...
