La señorita nos atendió muy bien

Llegó el dueño y trato mal a su empleada, no respeto el precio que salía en Booking y nos cobró de más, no nos permitió quedarnos hasta las 11am que era el check out y nos sacó de las habitaciones antes de la hora y su trato fue pésimo.

Very very very bad shower. It's so weak and cold, not ideal after you're covered in sand from dune surfing. Very loud, can hear all other guests

Two towels and we got a free coffee the next morning

The bed was just so bad. I woke up with pain because it's so old and broken. I couldn't shower because there was not enough cold water dripping out of the shower in the fourth flow.

No issues, the room was big and comfortable (although a bit cold). Staff was helpful and offered us an additional blanket. The location is a bit far from the center and bus stations, but at least it's quieter :) Mototaxi from there to Huacachina costed us 6 soles.

A perfect room for the price - the room was spacious with both a bed, a table, two chairs and a big bathroom. We weren’t expecting anything from the price, but we were happily surprised. The staff was very nice too!

The toilet had trouble flushing and was running. Also, the water in the shower (luckily wasn’t cold) but it wasn’t really warm either.

20 minutes from the center by walking and hosts not very sympathetic. They wanted us to pay to let our luggage in the store room after 2pm (first time we ask us that)
