Beautiful views from the balcony and we really enjoyed the use of the communal garden space to sit in the sun and eat outside. The owners are lovely and very helpful, despite us not speaking much Italian, and the owners not speaking much English they were wonderful at sorting out everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with most things including a stove top coffee pot.There's also laundry facilities for a €5 fee.

Worth noting that you will need to bring your own washing up equipment (soap and cloths, dishwasher tablets), toilet roll, olive oil salt/pepper etc. Perhaps we've got too used to Airbnbs where these things are usually provided but we didn't think of it! I would also recommend bringing your own speaker if you want to play music

We loved the location of the villa and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The size of our apartment for the two of us was good (classed as a apartmentfor 4 - 6 people), the cleanliness could not be faulted. The villas grassed sun terrace was very nice and the flowers on the balconies and in the gardens were beautiful. There was a parking space for each apartment.

We were a little restricted as to what we could cook in the apartment as there was only hob and microwave, but no oven. Electric kettle would have been useful along with a few more cooking utensils, wine glasses and mugs. The washing machine/dryer are not situated in the apartment, but are located in a separate laundry room round the back of the property, but no information was required.
