love it, fun, pricey but its a nice crowd of ppl with family

the staff and luckily, the people were superb, Morneng the tour guide/ person in charge is very positive, smiling all the time, willing and very funny. really good with kids too. Room was nice, as expected at this price the places we went to were amazing, quiet, had hardly any other tourist on time, Morneng is a very punctual person and i love that food was pretty good, the pho is always good

the kayak activity was fun, but we are not allow in the water to swim, would be nice if we can go somewhere for that activity where we could swim the beach after the hike is nice, but again, not allow in the water

We thoroughly enjoyed our Signature Halong Cruise…it was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam!

We had an excellent experience on our 2 night, 3 day cruise! The staff was exceptional with the level of service, the accommodations were wonderful, food and drinks were excellent. We enjoyed the daily Tai Chi classes and excursions and met many wonderful fellow travelers from all around the world. I also enjoyed a relaxing hot stone massage and soak in the jacuzzi tub. The bay itself is phenomenal, and it was wonderful to experience it from both the privacy of our balcony and the communal space of the observation deck on top! The staff went the extra mile, upgrading us to a better room and even returning an item we left on board to our hotel in Ho Chi Minh City a week later.

It’s a minor thing, but the jets on our jacuzzi tub weren’t working and the hot/cold diagrams were reversed. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Trip was great saw alot did alot and was good to seenit all.in that way

Was a bit regimented on the itinerary so not chilled out at all and the last meal was a shocker ,our lovely lead man made a gesture of another happy hour which was amusing as we had stuff to talk about in the last meal

Amazing experience, staff on board were so friendly. Everything ran so smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay. Special mention to cruise manager Chien who was super attentive and reliable.

Great choice of cruise - quieter part of the bay, a peaceful and serene experience

Staff were amazing, helpful and attentive from start to finish Food was lovely and different each day Comfy beds and nice thick duvets (as it was quite cold during our cruise) Scenery is obviously utterly stunning We wanted to enjoy our mornings and not have to get up at 7am for excursions and they were very flexible with timings (as it was quiet on our trip)

Vietnamese people tend to start their day very early and the itinerary reflects this

Great cabin with balcony, Mr Morning was excellent and very knowledgeable. Cruise was away from busy tourist area. Recommend 2 night 3 day. Day trip kayaking was amazing. Food was lovely.

Little dated compared to pictures and bathroom had a funny smell at times. But did not soil the cruise.

fabulous boat for Bai Tu Long cruise

Thien was a great host. the cabin was amazing and of course the scenery sublime!

the shower was Luke warm and didn’t stretch far enough to use effectively

Excellent service!

Boat cruise, sights we got to see, food and especially the staff which were wonderfully above and beyond expectations! Our tour guide, Lee, was a delight to be around and was passionate about ensuring we were well taken care of!

Junior suite was a bit tired so needs a revamp.
