The location was especially good, plus the hostel has a great selection of amenities to check out!
I didn’t like having to pay 1€ for a towel, and i would’ve preferred a better pillow. Also the staff doesn’t really know english

Really central location, the hostel is clean and well maintained, the staff is super nice.

The hotel is somewhat good value for money, with a great location near metro and tram stations and walking distance to the city center.
The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast is simple but good.
The beds and linens are comfortable.
The room has no AC, so on hot days it could be a problem. Our double private room was on the second floor and facing the street. The room insulation is not very good, so we could hear the vehicles on the street and people often chatting loudly on the sidewalk.
We asked for an additional pillow and they said they would try to provide it, but never did. The housekeeping is basic, some days they would even make the beds, only take out the trash, but the room was clean overall.
The access to the rooms is also a problem; the staircases are locked, so we are obliged to take the elevator every time, even if we are going up or down only one floor. And there's only one elevator available, so we had to wait a lot.
