About this condo rental
Ideally located, the apartment is inside a quiet and very nice condominium with a private parking, a repository of skies and a heated deposit of boots. It's very bright and comfortable, ideal for relaxing; the wooden furniture is very comfortable and hospitable. There are 2 bedrooms. We always spend our holidays in this flat, so it is fully equipped and furnished. We are in the center of Selva (Wolkestein), close to the pedestrian street where takes place the charming Christmas market "Mountain Christmas". It is easy to avoid moving the car from the private parking for the whole holiday because walking is possible to reach all stores, minimarket (less than 100 mt.), restaurants… but also the lifts (cableway Ciampinoi or skilift Nives, only 300 mt.), which belong to the famous SellaRonda. In Summer is even possible to enjoy the fresh air and the Sun from the terrace, do all kinds of walks or even one of the many local activities; playgrounds for children are just a few steps from the house. The beautiful ice rink is just 150 meters from the house and it's possible to skate in both winter and summer. The local kitchen, in the shelters and in local restaurants easily attainable, what a delight!

We love staying at Francescas place. It's nice and homey and has everything you need. And the location is great too.

Ski week with family/ 2 x teenagers. Appartment was perfect for our needs. Host was easy to communicate with and flexible with our needs. The appartment is literally 3 minute walk to everything. Gondola, restaurants, shopping. Supermarket is a stone's throw away, and well stocked. Beds were good and ample closet space. Kitchen is quite small, but well stocked, and dishwasher helpful. Very helpful to have things like cling and foil wrap, zip lock bags, to pack lunchs and snacks for the day. Would stay here again and recommend highly. Grazie Fransesca!

La casa è piccola ma carina c’è tutto quello che serve, comoda con il centro e con i supermarket.
La signora Francesca disponibile e premurosa altrettanto la signora Marianne che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo.

A very welcoming appartment with all the facilities you could need for a break in Selva. Great location and superb help and support from Francesca. Disappointed we had to leave early due to family in hospital in UK

Really enjoyed our stay at the flat, close to shops, bars, restaurants and ski lifts. Nice place to come back to after a hard days skiing. Francesca was friendly and provided all the information we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Heerlijk appartement op fijne locatie
Prima appartement met alles aanwezig, locatie is heel fijn op kleine loopafstand van de liften. Auto hele week niet gebruikt omdat winkels, supermarkt, restaurants op loopafstand zijn.

Prima appartement in Wolkenstein
Gunstig gelegen appartement in Val Gardena: skilift, restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Goede indeling met 2 heerlijk banken in de woonkamer. Keuken was prima, alles wat je nodig had was voorhanden. Toen wij kwamen was de wasmachine helaas net kapot, maar die zal inmiddels wel gerepareerd zijn.Prima wifi.

C'è tutto ed è comodo a tutto, supermercato, seggiovia Nives e cabinovia Ciampinoi.
Consiglio solo dei piumini al posto delle coperte per il letto a castello.

Great small flat in great location
This is a small apartment for 4 in a small town in the Dolomites. The apartment is small and the kitchen is tiny but it is well equipped so it's good enough for making snacks and breakfast. There is every potential appliance that you could require for making coffee. The beds were very comfy and although it's near the road there was no road noise in the evening. I would recommend this apartment

Nice flat, good location!
We enjoyed a week in Francesca's apartment in Selva. A short walk to the main lift puts you on the famous Sella Ronda. We are a family of 4 with kids aged 12 and 14.

Top Lage, keine Beanstandungen, Gesamtobjekt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Wohnung beinahe überkomplett ausgestattet, alles vorhanden.
Wohn/Esszimmer, beide Schlafzimmer passend groß.
Im Bade"zimmer" mit Toilette hat immer nur Einer Platz.
Kleine Küche aber Raum intelligent ausgenutzt und voll ausgestattet.
Das Highlight: 2 riesige super bequeme Sofas.

Nette FeWo mit grundflächenbedingten Einschränkungen.
Die FeWo liegt zentral in Wolkenstein, aber dennoch in ruhiger Lage. Wer mehr sehen will, sucht nach "Dantersass Selva". Es ist ein reines Appartmenthaus mit ca. 20 Wohnungen. 3-Zimmerwohnung auf 40 qm bringt eine gewisse Raumknappheit mit sich. In der kleinen Küche und im Wohnesszimmer gibt es kaum nenneswerte Abstellmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und mitgebrachte Sachen. Damit sind wir auf die sehr großen Einbauschränke in den Schlafzimmern ausgewichen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin läuft auf englisch via Email und whatsapp mit sehr kurzen Antwortzeiten. Da die Wohnung auch von der Eigentümerin selbst genutzt wird, ist wirklich sehr viel an Hausrat und Dekoration da und die Wohnung ist sehr heimelig. Auch die Einweisung vor Ort war schnell, verbindlichund freundlich - und deutschsprachig. Letztlich alles gut und sauber.

Perfect holiday
Francesca's apartment is very comfortable and offered all we needed for our ski week (2 adults + 2 kids). Location is perfect and close to the lifts, restaurants, supermarket etc.
We enjoyed it very much and had a perfect holiday.

gute Auststattung-beste Lage-gemütliche Wohnatmosphäre
Der Kontakt mit Francesca war schnell, problemlos und herzlich. Von Marianne wurden wir -trotz zu früher Anreise- willkommen geheißen und wir konnten die Wohnung schon etwas früher beziehen. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich, alles war zum Kochen und sich wohl fühlen vorhanden. Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Der kurze Weg zum Sessellift und der Gondel -auch dick eingepackt und mit Skiausrüstung- gut bewältigbar.
Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und würden sofort wieder buchen!

Excellent!
We stayed in Francesca's appartment for 9 nights for our ski holidays, the appartment is perfect for a family with 2 kids, fully furnished, we have found everything we needed, including a lot of spices in the kitchen! There is a 5 - 10 minutes walk to the ski lifts but we have left our skis in a ski deposit near the lift so the walk was pleasant. We enjoyed playing cards in the evening in the living room - it felt like home! And Francesca is a wonderful host, always online to help us and to make sure everything was allright.

Cosy, quite apartment close to lifts
We were extremely pleased with the apartment. It is a cosy flat on the second floor, not very large but a perfect size for us (3 adults). The flat was in very good condition with most home comforts supplied (kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, tv, dvd, dishwasher, etc, as per the listing) with very comfortable beds and 2 large sofas.
The kitchen is small with only a 2 ring cooker and no oven, but we didn't plan on doing much cooking so that caused us no issues.
The building is only a few hundred metres from the main Ciamponoi gondola and an easy <5 minute walk into the main area of bars, restaurants.
There was good on-site parking and the area was very quiet.
During the planning of our trip, Francesca (the owner) was always quick to answer any questions I had and spoke excellent English.
We had a great week of skiing!
