Nestled in Cecina, this charming house for $237 per night is a great option for your next trip. WEEKLY PRICES INCLUDE: ALL UTILITIES, LINEN FOR BATH, BEDROOM AND KITCHEN, USE OF THE BICYCLES! 'Pinetacecina' is a two-family house on two floors, in Cecina Mare, Tuscany, with private garden, outdoor spaces both in front of and behind the house (fenced and closed for the safety of children and dogs); well positioned, almost opposite the pine wood (equipped with games for children); crossing the pine forest you reach the beach (approximately 150 m). 20 mt. bus stop- Mt. 50 shops-at 200 mt. la Terrazza dei Tirreni (where in summer main events take place), near the 'movida' night, but far from the hustle and bustle. Step-over that has access to the outer courtyard in front of the House.Ground floor: living room with double sofa bed, TV, kitchenette with cooker, fridge, oven, crockery; dining area with direct access to the rear garden, equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. First floor: double bedroom with terrace, a bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom with shower. NOTE : to pay cash at arrival: 60 Euro for final cleanings, 150 Euro caution, it will be given back at check-out- MAX 6 PEOPLE

Rundum zufrieden und sehr netter Kontakt
Sehr nette Gastgeber-Ehepaar ermöglichten späte Anreise und empfingen uns freundlich nach 10 Uhr Abends. Exzellente Kommunikation vor, während des Aufenthalts und bei Abreise.
Das Haus ist ganz nett eingerichtet, authentisch und funktionell. Sehr gut ist der komplett geschlossener Hinterhof des Reihenhauses mit überdachter Terrasse. 30 m vom Haus ist ein wunderschöner, schattiger Pinienwald, ideal für Spaziergänge an sonnigen Tagen. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern: Spielplätze im Pinienwald und ein Spiel- und Erholungspark nebenan, Ebenso ist ein Wasserrutschen-Park fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten einspannt zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältniss. Perfekt wäre noch ein Wasserkocher in der Küche ;-), ansonsten gibt es nichts zu Meckern.

Mit unseren beiden Hunden war das haus perfekt, direkt der wald dann sofort stand. Und alles andere ist in direkter nähe. Das Haus ist schön dekoriert, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, vielen dank dafür. Daniela war extrem flexibel in unserem Fall, weil wir später angereist und früher abgereist sind. 1000 dank dafür. Wir klonen gerne wieder.

Pinienwald und Strand
Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt - ein paar Schritte zum wunderschönen Pinienwald, und dann ist man schon auf der Promenade und am Strand. Das Haus ist super, alles funktioniert (Heizung, Dusche, ...) und alles ist da, was man braucht. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch perfekt - superfreundlich, schnell - alles hat reibungslos geklappt! Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub an einem wunderschönen Ort!

Very nice house
I stayed together with my dog for eight days in this nice house. The location is quite but also close to the beach and to the shopping area. Within the house you have anything you need for a good life. The host Daniela and her husband are sympatic, uncomplicated people. I will come back for sure.

Schöner Urlaub mit ein paar abstrichen
Wir haben uns in Summe recht wohlgefühlt.
Abstriche muss man abends durch die lästigen Moskitos im Garten und im Haus machen. Es gab leider keine Moskitonetze. Die Küche ist OK und es ist alles da was man braucht lediglich der Zustand ist etwas älter.
Die Betten könnten härter sein, waren aber auch sehr sauber wie das ganze Haus. Die Duschkabine könnte eine Neue Silikonierung vertragen, es gab Schwarzschimmel.
Klasse war der Wasserschlauch vor dem Haus um den Sand vom Strand abzuwaschen. Die Lage von dem Haus ist sehr gut. Es war relativ ruhig und für Italien üblich mit Motorroller geräuschen in der Nacht. Der Nahegelegene Strand und Meer waren sehr sauber. Es gab genügend tolle Restaurants welche schnell und einfach zu Fuss zu erreichen waren. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder Nach Cecina. Daniela die Vermieterin ist super hilfreich und genügend Tipps für alles mögliche. Sie ist auch immer zu erreichen. Besser gehts nicht.

Taken to the cleaners!
Every picture does NOT tell a story....you only know when you get there . Looked great in the photos, however ,this house had many many negatives.The owner knew we were bringing 2 small children.This house IS NOT child friendly...deadly staircase ,no screens on the windows and doors to keep the mosquitos out,dirty kitchen,old appliances. I had to clean the coffe pots and clothes lines.Dirty overgrown backyard.Hair on the tile floor,limited parking.Photo appears to have enclosed parking but gate does not open for vehicles. Limited street parking.We had rented this house for 11 days.We were in it 3 hours maximum and the owner did not refund us! You are not going to get what you see in these photos...beware!

Ein schönes Haus!
Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus für Familien oder auch Paare, die Lage ist optimal. Schnell am Strand oder im schönen Pinienwald. Die Terrasse lädt zum grillen oder Sonnen ein. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Siniora Daniela, der Vermieterin, sie macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir kommen wieder, wenn es etwas wärmer ist....

Nettes Haus in Strandnähe
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, leider ohne WLAN und liegt 5 Gehminuten von Strand und Promenade entfernt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Auch der weitläufige Pinienwald ist in der Nähe. Schön zum Radfahrer und Spazierengehen. Die Vermieter sprechen Englisch und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Immer wieder Cecina di Mare
Ein herrlicher Urlaub, Zeit zum Durchatmen, Stress abbauen. Der Pinienwald und der lange freie Strand sind immer wieder ein Highlight. Das Haus von Daniela und ihrer Familie ist einsame Spitze. Tolle Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet, Küche mit toller Ausstattung, viel Platz, Grill im Garten, man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl. Für mich als Koch: klasse Töpfe, Pfannen und gute Messer und Besteck welches auch schneidet. Großes Kompliment und an dieser Stelle nochmals ein Großes DANKE !!! Wir kommen wieder...Familie Weick

Super Haus mit toller Lage!
Waren rundum mit dem Haus und der Ausstattung zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, man ist sehr schnell am Meer und an der Strandpromenade. Auch der Pinienwald mit Kinderspielplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre.
Der Garten und der Balkon sind auch sehr nett und wurden oft genutzt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir werden wieder kommen!

Very nice house, ideal for holiday with dog
Beautiful house, equipped with everything necessary, centrally located yet quiet, only a few steps to the beach and a good walking-distance to the dog beach. Very nice and accommodating landlady. The place has everything you need, shops, very good restaurants. We had a wonderful time and will gladly come back

Très agréable séjour dans une maison très fonctionnelle
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce lieu de séjour, idéalement situé, à l'orée de la pinède et très proche de la mer, facilement accessible à pied.
Les propriétaires sont très aimables et accueillants.
La maison est bien équipée, propre et bien entretenue. Tout est bien pensé : point d'eau et douche extérieurs, terrasse ombragée qui permet de vivre dehors, espace extérieur clos.
Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait que la situation de la maison permet de tout faire à pied (plage, ravitaillement).

Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances
Merci à Daniela et à son époux pour l’accueil chaleureux. Nous avons pu trouver tout le nécessaire dans la maison qui est très agréable à vivre. La situation est exceptionnelle car si proche de la mer et en même temps au calme des bars et restaurants. Idéale pour un séjour avec les animaux de compagnie. La pinède qui est juste en face est splendide! Les chiens et chats sont très bien reçu en Toscane ;)

Das Reihenhaus war für uns perfekt.
Ein Wohnbereich mit drei Sofas und TV mit DVD, ein Essbereich mit großem Tisch und bequemen Stühlen und eine Küchenzeile im Erdgeschoß.
Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad (tadellos, ausreichend warmes Wasser)/WC sind im oberen Stock.
Alle Räume sind hell und sehr freundlich eingerichtet.
Wir waren in den Osterferien und konnten die Heizung nach unseren Wünschen einstellen. Es war im Haus wunderbar warm - vielen Dank dafür!
Es war herrlich ruhig und in den Betten konnten wir super schlafen.
Der Strand und die Uferpromenade sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a nice holiay. We stayed with two children and a dog and had a lot of space inside and outside the house. It has a beautiful garden in front and behind the house. Everything (restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarket, bakery, etc.) is very near. You can walk there. The beach is also within easy reach. To the dog beach the walk is a little bit longer, but there are a lot of parking lots, too, if you go by car. The owners of the house are very friendly and helpful people.
