I liked the locker box at the head of the bed. There were also good privacy drapes on the capsule openings. The common areas were also good for making phone calls or going online without disturbing others. There is even a small kitchen area that was useful.
I wish there were towel rods or at least hooks inside the capsules to hang the towels for drying. Some showers were warmer than others or some might not have hot water at all, but to be fair this is a common problem with hostels. Many have only cold water showers. Also, I wish the bed mattress was a little softer.

The location was great. Really close to the BTS lines, local food right outside the front door, great access to local shops and laundry services for a good price. Not too far from the airport either which made our stay easier. There was a kitchen which was well equipped so we could heat up meals and wash up our bottles etc. The staff were friendly when we spoke to them :)
The room was rather small - wasn't the best presented room as the walls were dirty, there were nails hanging off of the walls and the bed was extremely firm as well as a couple marking on the sheets. The room was clean but it was obvious that room maintenance wasn't the highest priority. No laundry services provided, but there was a local laundry less than 30 seconds away. The bath mats weren't fantastic. After they got used a few times they started to retain water which made the marble-like floor in the bathroom really slippery. I ended up picking up the bath mats myself and drying the floor so no one would slip. The toilets were fine. They weren't cleaned daily and the toilet paper bin wasn't emptied. For what we paid, it wasn't value for money :/
