Beautiful apartment, fabulous location!

Well appointed apartment located in the heart of the historic centre 200 metres from Placa Ribeira & 300 metres from the Douro. Well designed accommodation in an old building. Excellent wi-fi, flat screen tv and excellent communication from the management team.

Good location

It was comfort at great location , sweet cozy apartment.

The procedure for check in and communication with the staff. They send you a document for every person which to fill up and for 4 persons in needs at least 15 minutes. After that they told you to come to their office to pay the city tax or to wire a money via bank. So you need to go by yourself to their office 15 minutes up hill to pay the city tax of 2€/person/day or to wire the money via bank and to pay the fee which is bigger then the amount for tax- there is no possibility to pay by card online. So they are sitting in their office communicating and you are losing half an hour of your time. Other stays tell you to photo the passport of every person staying and they do the documentation for city tax and if you are paying in cash they send a guy to collect the money. Pretty lousy procedure for people working for this apartment.

Maria was very nice. We loved our stay at the apartment and would come back mainly for the convenience of the location.

great location, not loud even though you’re in the middle of everything

Not so clean kitchen sink and dirty coffee maker (which was taken care off after 2 attempts), not enough towels, very icy fridge.

Pas assez de chauffage dont 1 ne fonctionnait pas. Pas assez d’eau chaude pour 4 personnes même en passant chronomètre en main 3 minutes sous l’eau.
