Hotel is clean and safe to stay in. Staffs are very nice, accommodating and very helpful in answering questions regarding directions, etc.

The location was excellent.
The breakfast was great.
Comfy bed.
Lighting in the room was very poor...desk lamps and one little ceiling light in an alcove next to the bathroom.
Tea bags were not refilled.
Although stated they had them, there were no maps at reception.
Reception staff could have been friendlier and more helpful.
