The location of the hotel is excellent, and easy to reach from the airport via the metro, with no change required. The room was also bigger than expected for a standard double room, which was a great surprise.
The ‘double bed’ was two twin beds pushed together, each with separate bedding.

What a wonderful and hospitable hotel this is.
The doorman or bell-boy/man is particularly charming and helpful and the ladies on reception are very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is a hidden gem and you could easily walk past it. Once beyond the rotating door the cooking air-conditioning and general calmness is very welcome after the hustle and bustle of the busy street outside.
The rooms are very comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent too.
I’ll return if I ever go back to Porto.

•Great location.
•Friendly and welcoming staff.
【Negative points】
•I booked a room with a quiet street view, but the room I was given did not match this description.
・There was a constant noise coming from some kind of machine (possibly an outdoor unit) right outside the room, which made it hard to fully relax.
•The bathroom window could not be opened, so items I left in the bathroom, such as my toiletry pouch and skincare products, became damp.
