Such a nice hotel, but a very unpleasant stay :(
They have a "night closure", means you won't GET IN THE HOTEL after 1am until 6am. That's clearly a no go for a tourist hotel. Booking does not make this clear in their presentation of the hotel. Had to sleep in the car the first night, outrageous. Owners did not have any understanding and won't discuss and they got quite angry when I contacted customer support. So sad, otherwise that would be a really nice place to stay and the location is perfect.

Good value for Money (considering the prices of French Riviera) and being a small hotel. Very clean!
Parking charged for 14eur/day. “Expensive” considering that it is inside the property and it could be easily offered as complementary service.

not really a dislike but just know it is a 40 min walk to town- most guest probably have a car but we took the bus down ( bus stop right across the street and every 40 min to town) we were looking for a quite spot on the beach so it was perfect for us!

The hotel is in a great location, 30 seconds from the beach. Witch was the best beach I swam in the south of France. The hotel is great for couples who likes the tranquil life, no kids allowed. This makes for a great relaxing retreat. The couple who owns and run the hotel are lovely and tentative. Me and my wife can highly recommend this hotel.
No holder for the shower head in the shower. Except from that, perfect.

PERFECT LOCATION right across the street from the beach! Parking is free and is within a gated parking area onsite! We were greeted by Paul and helped with our luggage to our room. Our room was ready and super clean. They clean the room everyday and the air-condition keeps the room cool all day and night if that is what you like. The facilities are well kept and modern. The pool is big and clean and there are chairs and umbrellas, plenty for all the guests to enjoy. You can order drinks for your room, for the common area, or even served poolside! The customer service is top quality. Take advantage of the "snack" menu for afternoon meal, everything is delicious and the prices are reasonable. BREAKFAST is amazing and served at your private table or to your room! They have an upper deck with umbrella cover and view of the ocean, thats where we had our coffee and breakfast everyday for a week! WE WILL BE BACK!
WE did NOT want to leave! I cannot find anything negative to say about this small family run guest hotel. Everything was perfect.
