Very convenient location for stations, buses, shopping centres etc. Clean room, attentive staff

The location was good, relatively quiet and close to Asok and Nana stations...good links to both airports. Also close to a night market around the corner with great food. Runway 21 mall is across the road. The hotel itself iis fine, we didn't think the rooms were that small but could do with a deep clean. There is an elevator and the room had a minibar and safe. Towels are lovely and soft, shower was good although temperature fluctuates. The aircon is a little noisy and can only work with the roomkey in. It is tolerable at low speed.
We felt guests were not trusted by checkin staff and they do not go out of their way to help people. The two young guys were much better than the grumpy older lady and man...they should not be in this position. The hotel desperately needs new pillows, we asked for 2 extra pillows (there were only 2 very flat ones on the bed) and they did not have any spare? That ia not hard to fix, especially as it has been mentioned in reviews multiple times. Also, only 1 room key is given, we wanted to go in seperate directions so had to pay a deposit for another keycard. Forget it if you want a late checkout, we asked and got an excuse that they only had 1 maid. They phoned our room an hour before checkout, I'm guessing to check we were awake and then twice more....total overkill! Internet not great at all, we were on the fourth floor. There is good internet at reception.

The location is great, near koreatown and soi Cowboy for travelers looking to explore Bangkok nightlife and food. The price was also fair for the rooms we got
The hotel added multiple photos of a rooftop pool that is located at another, unrelated hotel on Google maps. This was misleading to me as I always check booking and Google reviews when deciding on hotels. It feels like deliberate misleading. Also, the included wifi was completely unusable.
