Great location, comfy beds, nice breakfast and the friendly staff. Nice room design.
Sauna was not working in the pool area for the whole stay so that’s unfortunate, one of the rooms AC was not working properly, good thing other rooms had it.
There would be convenient to have electric drying rack for clothes and towels in the bathrooms , because the towels would not dry, so the only option is to get room service everyday or use damp towels

Great location on the canal / river and near lakeside beach. Near to cafe’s and restaurants although we opted to eat at the hotel’s Bibloteca restaurant which was very good. And breakfast was very good too.

excellent stuff, always willing to help, the best was Kamil, very friendly and helpfull person!
noisy hotel, every morning forced wake up at 8 am due to noise in the corridor, many families with screaming children, definitely not a good hotel if you seek for a silent holiday…we changed the rooms as we were surrounded by few families with noisy children, moved to another hoteĺs wing but it didnt help, again forced wake up around 8 am…
