Great location for town. The receptionist recommended a restaurant 5 mins walk away that was very nice as the bistro on site was full.

Not many restaurants around at night to choose from in December. Maybe it was the time of year we were there.

Fantastic location close to the old town with a shortcut across a pedestrian bridge. Excellent large deck complete with private spa pool. Great sized bedrooms and living space with the bonus of two bathrooms. Beautiful sunset views over the rooftops. Manager generously reduced rate and included breakfast after our misunderstanding that this was already included.

The information said third floor with lift but actually required stairs to access the room. This would have made it inaccessible to anyone unable to use stairs. Kitchen had almost nothing in it to make cooking possible such as a single sharp knife.

Furniture in the room was seriously outdated.

Perfect rooms with lot of space, cleanliness on a top level. Good and comfortable mattress on a bed. The interior is very nice speaking of rooms, restaurant, the saloon and the hotel spa. Nice terrace and garden included. Hotel is divided into two buildings. The apartments are situated in the second building, offering a lot od privacy.

very unique and modern staff are exceptional nothing is too much trouble. rooms are very spacious and well equipped.

access is quite restricted from main road and not that clear where to go car park is tight. food choices are good but limited.

Good to get to from motorway and excellent parking facilities

We loved the location. Really liked the spaciousness of our room.

We did not like the fact only one towell per person ~ no hand towels which could be used for hands, hair etc. Very basic Toileteries. Requested extra towels which Never arrived. Filthy carpets iin communal areas.

The hotel is very convenient to the charming town of Pézenas via the footbridge. It is a beautiful and well-maintained hotel. The pool was a delight, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was huge, much larger than we expected with a small kitchen.

Perfect location in th centre of the town, in walking distance of restaurants, bars and the famous Saturday market. Excellent breakfast, with hot & cold choices. Will stay there again

Good size room with kitchenette. Great hotel facilities and pool area. Easy very short walk into town.

Bathroom was very easy to flood - shower drain needs to be deeper!

it was in the perfect location , beautiful room and friendly staff

our room was a duplex suite with 2 spiral staircases to our room and another one working the room , tough with luggage

Loved the balcony

Only one pillow, used the spare duvet to act as another pillow.

Good sized rooms with sunny balcony the suite also had a small kitchen which was handy. Secure and easily accessible parking also a plus.
