Location and clean
The entrance slope needed to be gritted; the ice was so bad we struggled to get in the taxi. It was very dangerous and should have been actioned for safety.

Location, parking, breakfast
The room was very small what we knew prior booking. However the room was lacking basic comfort for the price: no air condition, no dark curtains, one window broken and not possible to open for the night. It was very hot inside and only small loud ventilator provided. The fridge was also very loud in this small room. We had to switch it off for the night to be able to sleep a little bit. But first ray of sun wakes you up as the white curtain doesn’t provide any protection.
The chair was very hard and table so small that you cannot put your legs under table when you sit.
Literally, sorry to say that but this room was like a prison cell. Also bathroom was very basic with only one small shelf below the mirror. Everything was very obsolete in it and like taken out of socialist times.
This hotel is begging for renovation! I hope somebody will one take care of it as it’s a shame this hotel in such marvelous and vibrant city like Bydgoszcz.
