Location was great easy access to trains and buses and once you understood the system it got you anywhere. The helpful staff were amazing answered and directed us willingly to wherever we needed to go. It was clean and bed was comfortable.
The room was very small and we didn’t realise that there were no windows breakfast finished precisely at 9 am and everything gets packed up. I was making a cup of tea V and had to ask for the milk as it has already been packed up 😵💫🥴

Good Breakfast. Great location. Friendly Staff (who kindly lent me an umbrella which saved me later in the day when it was pouring down) they also arranged a late check in for me sending me easy to understand instructions
The TV didn't work too well with lots of scrambled channels and bad connection. But i don't watch much tv but was something i noticed. The room is directly opposite reception and can be a little noisy with people going back and forth a lot and ringing the reception bell. Room could probably do with a fresh painting. At breakfast, they switch the coffee machine off exactly at 10am but I wish they would ask those still sitting if they want coffee before they do so, as i was still eating my breakfast.

The room is very tiny. But great location all the attractions can be reached by taking metro. Breakfast is pritty good.
The room is very tiny. There is no network inside the room. Even hotel's wifi is not working there.

It was clean, easy to find and easy to get information.
Breakfast was below average, no soap in the dispenser in the shower, a drunk guy was shouting through the hall whole night. But apart from that, the rest was good value for money.
