Great location, very spacious and 2 amazing terraces with fabulous views. This is really what you are paying for.
Could do with updating, the bathroom is functional but old. The oven was dirty and the fridge door wouldn’t close properly. No plug for the sink. The air con didn’t work in the bedroom until we bought new batteries. The clock needs new batteries too as that wasn’t working either. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as access is up a spiral staircase. There should be towels provided to use the sun loungers. For the price I would expect the facilities to be of a better standard.

The location was brilliant and the apartment super cute with 2 lovely outdoor terraces. It was extremely clean and well equipped with excellent communication from the host. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again if we come back to Bologna.

Amazing location, such a great view from the terrace.
Staff were helpful even when I arrived they late they met on arrival and let me in.
Cute bedroom and ample space in the kitchen and balcony. Great location would definitely re book

Excellent location and fantastic views from the terrace
A bit shabby, could do with an upgrade and professional decorating. Nowhere comfortable to sit other than on the bed. Fridge door doesn’t close properly and the wine fridge didn’t work at all. Anyone with mobility issues will struggle with the very tight cast iron spiral staircase
