Good location in Old Town. The owner organised a taxi for our early departure which was very helpful.

The noise by the crowd below my window in the night. But it's not something manageable. Besides, the neighbor on one floor down was rather strict, they had a toddler, that's why they were sensitive of the sound we created when we walked the stairs, even though we almost tip toed in the early morning (we left the apartment at 6:30 am for the day tour and returned around 8-9 pm)

Very clean and very well equipped. The location is very good, walking distance to all the places of interest. There is a excellent restaurant just next door, Domino.
Quite challenging for anyone with mobility issues. There are two flights of a spiral staircase to get to the apartment.
Noise coming from the apartment above very early in the morning. I suppose it is expected when staying in a flat with people living above.

We had an excellent experience in staying at Old Town Apartment Theo. It was perfectly located within the old town walls of Dubrovnik. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the Pile Gate entrance with almost no stairs to climb from the Pile Gate over to the apartment entrance. Out unit was on the 2nd floor , so there were some stairs to get to it, but this was pretty minimal compared to how many stairs need to be climbed when getting around old town. The rental is very centrally located nearby both dining and all of the tourist attractions, but the noise was quite minimal throughout the day and evening hours. Our host was very gracious and had the kitchen well stocked with essentials. The apartment was also very clean and the queen size bed very comfortable. We did have a slight difficulty navigating to the exact address (from the Pile Gate), since it does not show up very well on Google Maps - best solution is to ask a local shop owner for guidance (like what we did) once you get close to the apartment location.

Fully furnished, immaculately maintained, clean and cosy, in the Old town. Close to the Pile Gate. With all amenities one can possibly need, including a well equipped kitchen.
It can be a bit tricky to find the exact entrance of the apartment block. But the host, Anita was there promptly to guide. It’s essential to keep her informed of the arrival time to avoid the hassle of feeling stranded outside.

The location was prefect! The place was beautiful. Anita is AMAZING!
I definitely would recommend this place. And when we visit again, we hope this place is available so that we can stay here again.
The location is in walking distance to everything, we did rent a car because it was cheap. Finding parking is very hard we had to park 20 min walk away, which was fine with us. We parked at Dubrovnik City Parking-I also recommend that parking lot, Great rate and service. If you rent a car, that's your best affordable parking spot.
If you don't rent a car, again her location is in walking distance to everything including the beaches.
We absolutely loved her place!
No need to look anywhere else, go ahead and book it.

The location in the old town was fantastic, very short walk from Pile Gate.
Loved the lounge being made up with a sofa bed so this room could serve as a second bedroom.

Our host was amazing, allowed us to check in early after our early arrival, we were very grateful for that.
Nothing we did not like about this apartment and we would definitely stay here again.
(One word of kind advice - please be considerate to the man living below this apartment, he works at night so he has to sleep during the day, please try and keep your noise level down. Apparently, shifting our suitcase on the floor made a lot of noise for him...)

Excellent met by the host who escorted us to the apartment, short walk to the apartment quick check over the apartment making sure we had everything we needed. All the information about Wi Fi. The bed linen, towels etc were very clean. The host left water, juice in the fridge. Overall the host and apartment was excellent

The apartment is super cozy and close to all the attractions in the Old Town. Both bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioner and there is a really good and powerful shower in the bethroom.
Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. She offered us water and juice in our arriving and said we could contact her any time.

very nice place in middle of old town, without stairs. the appartement is quite even though it is central. 2 nice bedroom and full of small details facilitating the life(oil, salt, soap, beach towels, milk, some books, washing machine with washing products).

The apartment was great, super comfortable. Anita the owner was amazing and very attentive to details, she had plenty of snacks and toiletries for the guests, more than what you would find in a hotel. I went for work and the Wifi worked perfectly well. The apartment also has AC which is a must in summer, and it is located on a very flat part of the city, so you don't need to go up any stairs (with the exception of the two floors of the building.
If you like animals make sure to bring cat snacks cause there are plenty of lovely cats in the surrounding areas (and basically all the town)
Just a minor detail, but the walls of the building are quite thin so you can easily hear your neighbours. But I would say that would be the case with ANY building in the old town

The owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect. The location could not have been better. Old town has ALOT of steps and I would say this must be one of the few apartments in which you dont have to climb to get to it! Shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Walking distance to everything. Very well equipped little apartment, toiletries and little thoughtful bits incase you were to forget anything. l would highly recommend.

Small two bedroom (kitchen but no living room) was perfect for us. There are stairs in the apartment building but street access from Pile gate is smooth and easy. The windows block out sound from restaurants in the street below and the AC in the bedrooms make sleeping comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen (aside from fridge and kettle) but we appreciated the clothes washer (traditional European line drying). Wifi was good. Many welcoming touches: fruit, cookies, juice, water, tea, instant coffee, toothbrushes, razors. There is a luggage storage room for early/late arrivals.

We are a family of four, with two kids 11 and 14 during the first week of August, we requested transfer from the airport, arriving to the apartment was very smooth, we were greeted with the host who was very welcoming, an ideal location, In the middle of the old city, which is very convenient, we are able to stay up till very late enjoying the town without worry about our return to the apartment. the apartment is very clean and everything we needed was available, really everything, we liked the small welcoming touches in the apartment when we arrived, example fruits and juice on the table, a small chocolate of each bed pillow. We could leave the languages in the storage to spend the rest of the day after the check out.

This was a great apartment with everything we needed. The location positioned us inside the old city and within comfortable walking distance of the sites.It was incredibly convenient to Pile Gate. It was located on the second floor, but it was not positioned on a street up lengthy steps as some apartments in the old city. One thing we didn’t realize was the incredible number of steps and winding alleyways creating the old city. If you prefer not to have numerous stairs to climb to access your accommodation, definitely ask about that before booking in the old town—or play it safe and book Apartment Theo! We noticed that many apartments scattered throughout the old city were nestled at the top of dozens of flights of old stone stairways and winding streets. At other apartments, you’d get quite a workout each time you went to your apartment.
Our host Anita was very helpful and responsive. She met us at the taxi stand near the Pile gate when we arrived and walked us to the apartment and offered us water and juice when we got into the apartment. The window views looked out on charming a quiet courtyard cafe and we generally heard little noise from outside, aside from the occasional instrumental music in the afternoon. The apartment was stocked with all the little things a traveler might have forgotten. We’ve never found a bathroom so well outfitted with products.
We are a family of four so it was nice to have one bedroom with a big bed and the second bedroom with two separate beds. The kitchen has everything we needed. There was great air conditioning in the rooms. There was a safe in one of the rooms so this was nice to avoid leaving valuables lying around. We really appreciated having a clothes washing machine in the apartment, along with clotheslines on the front and back of the apartment for drying.
To summarize, great place, great location, great amenities, and great host.

The location was excellent and the flat very well equipped. The inclusion of all basic necessities including toilet rolls, washing up liquid, cooking oil, tin foil etc was a big bonus. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of towels. Anita was friendly but not over bearing. A great base for our trip to Dubrovnik. Would highly recommend
Whilst it would be lovely to have communal space other than the kitchen, we knew it wasn't there so weren't disappointed. The provision of an extra tea towel is all I can think of. Though I suspect there was a good supply, if I had found it.

good location and no steps to get to apartment in town. Only have to climb upstairs as is on 1st floor. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly owner, provide a bottle of water and fruit juice for welcome drink. Met us in Piles gate as requested.
