The owner lives in the next building but you cannot really say it is a home stay. She speaks pretty good English and could give us some very good tips.
The location is good, although it's not within the "square" it's possible to walk quite quickly to the centre and stay a bit away from the traffic and the noise. However, of you need to reach your breakfast within 5 minutes walk, there are better options.
The structure is actually nice but it would probably need a bit of renovation, especially the shower, at least this was the case in our room.
Room was not serviced during our stay off 4 nights. For us was ok and we didn't ask but maybe some would expect it.
