Didn't live up to expectations and no breakfast

Beautiful location and comfortable room with superb bathroom

No breakfast as host was incapacitated. Lovely bathroom but not ensuite. Bedroom decor rather oldfashioned.

Unfortunately disappointing

Location, bed was comfortable and bathroom nice. Host was pleasant

Lack of breakfast a big deal for us, room was cluttered with too much furniture, and dusty. Concerned that the B &B is too much for the elderly host who also has mobility issues, cut short our holiday as felt uncomfortable

A gem of a find. Kingsbridge Town a 5 minute drive away. Nothing to dislike about our stay.

Lovely host who made us feel very welcome during our 5 night stay. Super comfy bed and fabulous private bathroom. Wonderful view of the Estuary from garden.

Spacious comfortable facilities in quiet area on outskirts of Kingsbridge.

Nice area. Good clean bungalow. Very large room with huge double bed and lovely shower. Quiet rural area not far from the town and estuary.

It was disappointing that breakfast is no longer offered since the elderly hostess no longer manages that, but she could recommend a good place in nearby West Alvington.

It was quiet and I had a big room in a bungalow in a rural setting where I could walk to areas of natural beauty without needing a car and get to Kingsbridge to shop and get the bus.

It is still quite a long walk to the shops in kingsbridge if you have no transport walking up a steep hill in places.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The kind, thoughtful lady who owns the guest house was very friendly and welcoming, even leaving milk in the fridge so that I could enjoy a hot drink after my journey. The room was large and very comfortable, and there's a lovely, modern bathroom. I would highly recommend Estuary View Farm. Exceptional!

There was nothing to dislike, the accommodation is excellent.

Pleasant b&b with lovely view, central for visiting kingsbridge, Salcombe and coastal walks

Lovely bungalow overlooking the estuary and pretty garden, all rooms were spacious, good quality towels and bedding. Joan is certainly a character and full of stories and doing very well to run a b&b in her advanced years! if she was busy she may struggle a bit. Good breakfast. Short drive into town, could have walked just under a mile but wouldn't want to walk back along quite hilly narrow lane in the dark.

Although lovely refurbushed private bathroom info does not make it clear that two of the bedrooms are not en suite bsthrooms are opposie, not a problem if no one is around. Bedroom carpet could do with a clean as could surfaces in bathroom. No shampoo provided just shower gel. A welcome biscuit abd more choice of tea, coffee etc. would be nice.

the room & particularly the bathroom were lovely. The breakfast was awesome. Host let us come & go and allowed us to use her conservatory which had an amazing view of the estuary. Joan was a really lovely host, truly devonian.

Great stay with a wonderful host. Magnificent views from the house and garden.

Great stay and a very nice freshly cooked breakfast. New big bathroom with powerful shower. And a wonderful host Joan that made us feel very welcome with interesting conversation. We would certainly book again!

Absolutely lovely host, a real "bed and breakfast" atmosphere. An easy 15 minute walk from the bus stop in Kingsbridge, or a quick 2 minute taxi ride. The farm and grounds are beautiful and the room itself is massive like a suite. Heated floors in bathroom with a sizeable tub and separate shower. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Kingsbridge. The host even gave me a ride into town this morning so I didn't have to walk in the rain!

My 2nd stay at Estuary View Farm. The view of the estuary is lovely, the gardens are bright and cheerful and well kept. The room is large and comfy with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast choices are good and the host is very welcoming. Great base for enjoying walks around Devon. Kingsbridge is a nice small town within a short walk with a good range of independent shops. I can highly recommend both La Ranchera and Dream restaurants for delicious meals and nice atmosphere.

I enjoyed my stay at Estuary View Farm.

Comfy large room with fab bathroom. Good choice of breakfast. Friendly host. Good location, quiet and room has lovely views of the beautiful gardens and estuary and its only a short walk into Kingsbridge which is a nice small town with a picturesque quay. Good base for exploring the South West Coastal Path - regular bus service from Kingsbridge bus station just 20 minutes walk away from the accommodation.

We liked it enough to book a third night and enjoy another great breakfast.

Excelent full English breakfast. Attentive host. Lovely garden and views of the farmland and estuary.

The room and bathroom were both lovely. Very spacious and clean. The host was so friendly and accomodated all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again.
