The location is great, a short walk from Trindade metro. The apartment is spacious and is pretty well equipped.
There is an abundance of plug sockets, a 2nd bedroom which we used as the dressing room and even a small passage as you enter with a coat rack and umbrella stand.
The bathroom is on the small side but you can use the vanity to store your things.
There are also plenty of hooks (always useful in a bathroom), and the lighting is good. Lots of hot water.
The bed was very comfortable.
The kitchen had mostly everything we wanted / needed except there was no cafetiere. We would have bought coffee from loca cafes/l baristas (great ones on your doorstep) anyway, but it would be nice to have the option to make a coffee in the apartment.
The microwave / grill / toaster can be used for toast.
It was a little noisy - neighbours children and dog easily heard and roadside noises because of cobbled streets.
The hairdryer worked but wasn't great. Hopefully it is replaced on our recommendation.

A apartamento em si é FANTÁSTICO. Tem umas condições e dimensões fenomenais. E está super bem localizado, junto ao silo de estacionamento, que deu muito jeito!

Easy Check-in: The check-in process was very smooth. We received a message with the code for the key box, and the host kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the standard 3 PM time.
Excellent Location: The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from Trindade station, providing easy access to the Campanhã bus terminal and the airport. The historic center and Ribeira are also within easy walking distance.
Missing Essentials: There was no toaster, coffee machine, or iron. The hairdryer provided was very weak — practically impossible to dry or style hair with.
TV: The television is old and not a Smart TV, so you can only watch standard Portuguese channels.
Hygiene Issues: One of the shower towels was poorly washed and covered in black stains (though they did provide replacements after we complained).
Hidden Fees: Although the listing mentioned two sleeping areas, there was no bedding for the sofa. When we asked for it, we were told it costs an extra 20 euros, as the host expects two guests to share the same bed by default.
I wouldn't recommend this place if you value comfort and transparent service.
