The breakfast was great with a fine variety of tasty offerings.
The Accessible Room was just that - not always achievable in Germany.
Location great for Miniatur Wunderland.

The hotel is really cool! The shop instead of a mini bar is a genius touch.
The beds are comfortable, good amount of room for a family of 3 and really nice touches like notice board and games and books.
The shower was amazing as well! Needed after a full day of walking around the city.
Outstanding location as well, within walking distance of major sites and museums, lots of cafes and restaurants and shops.
Not being able to make a hot drink in our room and it wasn't clear if room service was available or not.

The hotel is in a great location, especially for attractions like MinatureWorld and the ephilharmonie concert hall. The team on the front desk were friendly and attentive and the room was spacious and well equipped. I also had breakfast at the hotel which was excellent too.
