A new hotel in carcase of an old building, room under a roof with fine view of the Cathedral and towhall towers, very good breakfast. Close to the old district newly reconstructed, public parking nearby.
We were earlier, the lady at the desk asked us to come later. it was heavy rain.

Great location in the center of the old town, clean, great breakfast.
Our room window was in the street side, so it was really loud because of cars and people changing in the middle of the night.

Rooms are clean and provided with a small bottle of water, a cattle, cups and glasses.
The breakfast buffet offered several options and was good. The staff in the restaurant hall was friendly and kind.
A couple of notes: rooms did not have a heavy/dark curtain, but a rolling blind that will grant some privacy at night, but allow daylight through from the early hours of the morning.
It might get too warm during the night, you’ll need to turn up the AC. I suggest updating the guest guides/booklets in the rooms.
I would still recommend Pod Lwem hotel for a stay in Elblag’s city center.
