Breakfast was very good. Clean hotel. Distant location from the Östersund center could be a problem if travelling without a car. The reception and the room were enough to our one night stay towards Åre.

Location as trawling pass by. Free parking. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast was poor, not too much of a choice if counting that was payed 80€ fot one nigh.

I went to the hotel near Östersund Centrum, because it has the same name as your hotel. It was a long walk from Östersund.

You get what you pay for. It was very cheap but as a result things were lacking. The breakfast was ok.
Upon arrival we had no way of entering the hotel soon after 7pm on midsummer eve. We called a staff member on an intercom, but they didn’t have any details of our booking. He said it was because we booked on booking.com. He didn’t give us any details of how to enter the building or access our rooms. Luckily there were other people who were staying at the hotel who helped us get inside where we found an envelope with our cards to access our room.
Upon entering the room, the second sofa bed should have been set up for our 2 children but there was only room for one. The bathroom smelled awful
But thankfully the smell went away after time. The screen around the shower allowed the water to flow out from underneath it.
