The location is very near to the city and has a mall within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean. Both counter staff and housekeeping staff are all very friendly and helpful.

It's one of my go to hotels for my staycation. Near Newton Circle, Novena Square and United Square.

The staff was very nice and the room was always clean. No smoking in entire hotel was also a great option. Maybe its a Singapore thing. The pool was also okay.
The hotel assets are quite run down. Its visible everywhere, lift doors, room doors, bathroom facilities. Scratches, marks, dents, peeled off layers. Exterior wall in the pool area. Pool showers. Everything needs a giant overhaul. The A/C in my room was leaking water through the wardrobe. Its a nice building in a decent spot, so deserves that investment.
