This place was so nice and comfortable. And OMG, what a location! City Square Mall was right across the street, so everything was incredibly convenient. Shopping, food, and pretty much everything we needed was easily accessible. The MRT was right next to the hotel, and with a young kid, it was super convenient for us to just hop on the MRT and get around.
There was a common refrigerator and a water refill station on the floor. In fact, the room was pretty decent for us too. None of us felt claustrophobic or uncomfortable. The bed was a queen, as mentioned, so it was a tad bit cramped for the three of us, but honestly, it wasn’t too bad.
The overall vibe of the hotel was also great. The gym was amazing, and our son absolutely loved the life size chess set in the reception area. There was also a coffee vending machine, which was another super convenient touch for us.
Overall, a great stay! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially families travelling with young kids.
Just one small point of feedback. When we slid out the suitcase and stroller from under the bed, we noticed there was quite a bit of dust underneath. So, we expected slightly more thorough cleaning in those areas.

The staff was courteous, location was good and view from the hotel room was amazing.
Room service and housekeeping, contacting the staff was hard and one had to walk down to the reception to talk to the staff everytime we needed something. The toiletries like dental kits and all were not good at all. In two of a kind bedrooms, phone key system did not work and it was very inconvenient to carry multiple key cards to go to the living room and back to the bedrooms again and again (like using the key card to unlock all the rooms). The bedrooms were also small and had too many pillows. The cleanliness frequency could’ve been better like full cleanings provided more often.
