Spacious and great for a family of 4 and the resturant below you are incredible… best frozen yogurt fruits bowls from the ice cream shop , amazing coffee shop , vibey bar with all English beers and ciders , and the most unforgettable cheesecake u will ever eat at the little cafe
The front door couldn’t lock and because we are a family of 4 we left our bedroom doors open . On 2 occasions house keeping just came into our kitchen with out us knowing which made us uncomfortable.

Great location right next door to the Maxwell MRT and the Maxwell Hawker Centre. Also walking distance from Chinatown. The building itself is quite beautiful and historic ... the elevator was cool. Lots of little cafes and restaurants on the ground level. The ice-cream shop in the foyer entry was nice with the owners, the Tans, always welcoming.
We were given a room that was completely different to the photos that were shown as part of the booking. One of the rooms literally had a toilet plumbed into the shower. None of the doors could fully open because the space was so small. We complained and it took a week to move us to a larger room which was more like the photos. We asked for a refund because we paid quite a bit for the rooms but was declined by management. The beds were very uncomfortable BUT the new room was spacious and quite lovely. There is no reception, only a whatsapp number. In both apartments we had to contact the number to get someone to come clean the rooms each time we moved in ... especially the bathrooms. There was hair in the drain and the walls needed cleaning ... still had soap scum on it. The whatsapp reservation person was very responsive though.
