The staff provided excellent assistance, and the security guard personally verified the Grab car upon our arrival to ensure our safety.
A comprehensive renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience, as the current room exhibited a strong, unpleasant odor indicative of moisture, creating a suffocating atmosphere, and the toilet door was in disrepair.
