Staff was soo kind, rooms were clean, price is one of the cheapest for Munich. And even single rooms are comfortably big enough for two persons to stay at the same time with private bathrooms.
I wish there was an air conditioner because it was really hot and we didn't have any fans in the room. Every floor has access to just one fan. Also the location was kinda bad.

A nice place, with good breakfast that can be red joyed in the yard weather permitting. Clean, airy room. The low noise table top fan helped a lot during the hot days.
The bathroom of our room was somehow too tide. It seems as a failure in space management. If that wasn't so, we had put higher rate.
