Room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping was fast to support when I asked.
Breakfast area was not that spacious, sometimes getting a place to sit was a struggle, specially with a group.
Breakfast options were not that many comparing the prices we paid. Specially the coffee machine has only 2 options! No option for milk coffees. Utensils were missing a lot of times. It was hard to request customized egg option to the chef as she cannot speak English and there was also no picture option to show to her.
Receptionist was also struggling with English and it was hard to make them understand any issue. Even after they scanned the passport, they again asked for it and took from us after we checked into the room.
The toothbrush and toothpaste were handed to us at the reception after check-in which was super weird! Why it cannot be in the room?
