Modern hotel with minimalist decor. Staff were also very helpful, even though not all could speak fluent English. The breakfast and supper included were also of good variety and delicious.
The only downside was guests smoking along corridors even though I had requested a non-smoking room.

The room is big and clean equipted with washing machine. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
The check in time was delay than 2pm. We had to wait untile they clean up the room.

Booking.com stuffed up the booking. The hotel couldn't find our booking on arrival. We paid for the first night at the hotel directly as a result, and in the morning went to go to our new room that the booking.com messaging said was ready. However, they had no evidence of that. Booking.com was terrible!!!!! I still have not had the issue resolved and better not be billed as we paid the hotel directly, more than what we were expecting to pay. The hotel staff tried to help us. The nonsense made us late to our first tourist stop the next morning and meant we didn't sleep until 130am the first night.
Our first temporary room was spotless. Can't be faulted. Even though 3 adults shared a bed, as there was no other room available, it was comfortable and very clean.
The family room we were put in had so much mould in the bathroom, on the shower head and walls and around. It was however very spacious. The beds and pillows in this room though weren't comfortable, and the sofa bed was not appropriately comfortable for an adult.
The late night supper was ok, and the last making my morning omelets did a good job. The bread was too sweet though.
The washer dryer in the room was very convenient but there was no where to easily line hang things that couldn't be dried.
