Friendly restaurant staff. Lots of kids activities. Food very tasty and wide selection. Beach is clean. Overall super vacation. The whole experience to be recommended esp. If you travelling with kids
The reception staff was not really helpful and/or capable. Lacking language fluency as well. I will not say they very rude but they completely detached and non motivated when i asked them anything. The restaurant staff is completely the opposite ... they are welcoming and friendly (even though they properly have 1000x more busy than the reception staff).

An amazing location with a nice beach and pool and food. All the staff are amazing. Rooms are clean and we were well taken care of
Music by the live DJ at the beach entertainment area at night can be more quality house music rather than tasteless old pop remixes. Also the hype guy there needs to intervene less by shouting into the mic. Pool playlist can be a perfect example of taste. Really enjoyed it there.
Also the 7/24 restaurant needs more staff as the service requires countless efforts to be served there.

What I liked most was having a 24-hour restaurant, which meant I never had to worry about missing lunch or dinner. As a tourist, it was reassuring to know that food was always available. I also really appreciated the Italian and Turkish restaurants, which offered more variety and the flexibility to dine outside the main restaurant, both in terms of timing and atmosphere.
The only thing I didn’t like was coming back from my holiday a few kilos heavier! With such a huge variety and amount of delicious food, it’s almost impossible for any tourist to resist.
