Very nice hotel (not 5 stars but definitely 4) at a good price (about EUR100.- per night without breakfast - not rated at extra THB500 it seemed a bit pricey to us so we went out for a coffee). Small, quiet and stylish with comfortable room.
Major drawback is the location that tends to command the use of grab to go in and out (around THB100/150 to the city center). We did walk there once (it is only 1.2km) but it is not a pleasant walk along the streets/roads.
The swimming pool is small but there were not many guests using it at the same time so it is still very pleasant to cool down at the end of the day.
Some marks of water leaks on the ceiling but not an issue (not mould).
