Pretty close to Pyrkon Festival. Nice and clean inside. Very responsive staff members.
As the building is very old, sometimes there is a funny smell :)

Location. The facilities in the room.
The fact that I don't know which numer of the street I am booking in my room. Some of the rooms have difftent more or less modern look. Also beds are more uncomfortable than comfortable, in used condition.

toilet got blocked during The night , we had to leave in the morning and were not able to use it as it was very bad
