A clean room. No fuss about extras. Because there were none.

Wi-Fi not working. tv not working. no soap in dispenser In shower cabin. (room 201)

room and toilet was clean and comfortable

when we first arrived to check in, the self check-in machine was broken so we had to call an international number which costed us a lot in our phone bill... also, it was very unclear whether our room was shared or not and the walls are very thin so it got really noisy at night as there were people shouting outside our room.

There were no support for check in and check out. We waited for 1 hr go check in and to get key. In 10 days only sweeper came 2 days for cleaning. For family this is not good at all

Best ever

Close to an S-Bahn station, good value for Hannover. Room was fine. Check in and check out were both without problems - very easy, in fact. Parking is easy. Not a luxury place you would want to spend whole days in, but fine for overnight stays. I'd certainly recommend this place and I'll be back here for sure.

The soap/shampoo - one bottle was empty and the other almost empty on arrival, and they weren't replenished during the stay. (I didn't ask, however.) To make this room even better, a kettle in each room would be ideal. (There is a shared kitchen upstairs, mind you.)
