Wonderful care and service starting from the airport, thanks to Hotel's professional services. Hotel offered great activities for our sport taste, even outside the usual holiday season. We also enjoyed great food and appreciated the cleanness of the hotel resort.
Evening music programs were loud but luckily we are night owls.

Very clean, lots staff who were friendly and helpful, great room with plenty of space and good view, huge pool, good selection of drinks included, really delicious freshly made food. Lovely spa.
The air con was off and there were no fans (had been turned off because it’s October but still very warm and should have had option to have on). Found the beds very hard and quite uncomfortable.

I stayed 1 week in October 2026 and I like everything in this hotel. Staff is friendly, very professional, guest oriented, guest service is very pro-active, communicating with guests via WhatsUp, calling via the phone to the room asking if everything is OK. I really like that I received all necessary information via Whatsup - working hours of restaurants, schedule of main activities etc. just in half of an hour after my arrival to the hotel. Main restaurant has quite a variety of food, tables are cleaned very quickly, staff in the main restaurant is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Beach is comfortable with sun beds and bar and guzlume. There are big swimming pools and pools for the children. There are shops in the hotel. Also I like very much tea corner with quite a variety of cakes. I did not have time to experience the spa but may be next time.

Food was really tasty and good variety. Hamam. Daily change of towels.
Uncomfortable hard sone-like beds in 2 out if 3 our rooms. Pools were dirty and cold and basically non-working and non-serviced. It was especially disappointing as we have booked 3 swim-up rooms. The conditioner was not working in warming mode, and our swimsuits couldn't be dried as air in our rooms was cold and humid. Beach towels smelled bad, especially the ones we got from the SPA.
