Staff is friendly and responsive . Evening shows are great. Food is delicious but I wish they had more choices for picky eaters (maybe chicken nuggets at buffet). Kids club has fun activities and hand crafts but I wish they had more things planned throughout the day.

There seems to be muddy/sandy puddles near pool by the tower hut. I communicated this issue to the hotel management and they sent a cleaning person, next day it was same issue. Hotel rooms do show old building structure, our family room had a staircase that creaked. kids club had a door open during hot days and even if they had AC on it seemed to be warm inside. game room was too hot inside in August. Teen club is also hot during daytime, only one TV worked to play video games, other TV was not working. We also noticed that beach sand could have been cleaner.

Variety of restaurant and food places available all day, plus the quality of food itself. 4 pools and beach made it difficult to feel bored, you will always find something new to do Night activities and shows were entertaining to the whole family from my 4 years daughter to adults

We got a very nice room upgrade, and our wish was respected. The food was excellent and the choice extremely wide. My wife and I are on the healthy side and we had plenty of options daily, while our son is a little bit picky and he also didn't have any problems (which is a high mark, as in our previous all-inclusive hotel he was struggling). The territory may not be so big, but it is very well organized so you can have pleasant walks in the evening. Entertainment happens far from the living area, so it doesn't bother you at all. We liked the overall architecture of the place a lot - it has some reminiscence of old Europe, a bit of Rome, an Italian flair. Small unexpected surprises and hidden passages spread everywhere, which also add mystery and warm feelings to the place. It may feel a little bit old, but it is in very good condition and very well maintained. We didn't have any issues at all with that, just a side note. A lot of pools of different sizes, depth, and additional entertainment (we were not using them, but children had some fun). And the gym. I've been in some hotels and the one in this place is one of the best so far. Usually you know the drill, every hotel tells you they have the gym and usually it's two dead treadmills and three dumbbells. Here they have a decent space, a lot of machines and other equipment. I train 6 times a week and I was able to do my routine almost without changes. On top of what was said above, we had an amazing sea experience (water not too hot and not too cold, so you can stay in there throughout the day), not windy, not many waves, so if I could give it a 12/10 I'd do that without hesitation :) Of course the sea is not the hotel's responsibility, but it was a very nice addition and our main goal. Can definitely recommend.
