Hotel location was walkable distance to Hulk beach and near to Lara beach.
Juice and Tea/coffees was available 24hrs near reception.
Also got a nice pool with relaxing chairs.
Toiletries like shower gel and shampoos are not available, which is a shame as these are basic amenities available in every hotels. When I ask for it they told that they don't provide it. If so it has to be stated in their booking page that these are not provided. After a deep discussion they just arranged a used bootle of both just for us.
Even every small hotels will provide these as it will not cost much.

Access to the swimming pool and having a specious apartment, and nice staff at the reception.
The bathrooms were old of difficult to clean. The bathrooms were moldy. The bed in the main bedroom was also old and made a lot of noises (but good to sleep in).

The swimming pool is great! Rooms are with good air-conditioning and kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and I will to return here again!
I think the breakfast was included in the price, but we were told we need to pay separately

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family stay. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and cooking facilities, making it suitable for longer stays. The balcony overlooking the pool was a nice feature, and the apartment received plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day.
The pool area and common areas were clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient: close to the airport, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and all daily necessities. The area is quiet while still being close to everything Lara has to offer.
As this is an apartment hotel, it would be very helpful to provide a small welcome kit with basic essentials such as a few dishwasher tablets, a small amount of laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and a sponge. Guests arriving from abroad for a short stay often do not carry these items and buying full-size products is inconvenient and wasteful.
One small disappointment was communication regarding car rental services. Before arrival, I asked whether the hotel could assist with car rental arrangements and was told that no such service was available. However, upon arrival I discovered that a rental company regularly delivers and collects vehicles directly at the property. Better communication on this point would have saved time and made the arrival experience smoother.
