I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent.
A special mention must go to the spa manager, who was absolutely outstanding — very friendly, professional, attentive, and always made me feel welcome. The spa services were excellent, with amazing massages and great attention to detail. The whole spa experience was relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was ok and the location beside the pool was nice. The hotel has free access to a private beach about 3km away and provides a free shuttle service. You can take a towel from the hotel spa and sunbeds and umbrellas are provided free of charge. You are not permitted to take food and drink (except water) but there is a bar and restaurant with service.
Given that there was a spa, it would have been nice if there had been a small gym as well. The hard sell of the spa menu made me hesitate to go and use the free (for guests) steam bath and sauna

The flat itself was amazing. The pool, the spa, it's a good budget option for families and couples if you just need a good spacious flat to stay in while in Antalya.
A huge shout out to Haji for being an amazing spa host as well as the Balinese masseuses. Very professional hammam spa treatment.
Here's the list:
1) Aside from Haji, although staff tried at times to be accommodating, I think they could be a bit more attentive. There was a language barrier at times so that might have added to it. But as an example, we asked for an extra bed cover, towel and shower gel (as the dispenser ran out) by flat phone, they provided that the storage room was closed but instead of saying they will write a note and handle it in the morning, they asked us to remind them instead 😆.
2) Although there was a breakfast buffet with high variety, the cleanliness could use improvement. Not to scare anyone off, the food was exposed without covers and you would see flies land on the food. The only meal covered was the soup.
3) There was several instances of misalignment. The free beach shuttle bus was scheduled to leave the beach to return back to the hotel at 6pm however, they would leave as early as 5.45pm meaning our elderly family members had to run down the strip.
4) Internet was horrendous. Couldn't do any work or even watch something on Netflix before it would cut off.
In hindsight, these are easy fixes that once amended, this will improve for everyone.
