The property was very clean like a home from home which me and my family liked. The pool was great for the children and the rooms had everything you need whilst on holiday. The staff are very welcoming and are very helpful and I would highly recommend royal loft suites.

Nous avons aimé la piscine et toute la verdure tout autour ainsi que les transats et la proximité de la plage.
Le manque de draps pour 1 famille de 5 personnes. Il faudrait y avoir des serviettes pour la piscine. Le canapé pour la 5 personnes ne se déplie pas, le manque de placard pour les vêtements et chaussures, manque de ceintres. Ajouté des miroirs dans les chambres ! Notre appartement était humide et la climatisation du salon fuyait de temps à autres et celle de la petite chambre fonctionnait très mal. Il faudrait améliorer le sèche serviette dans la SDB. Pour le prix… la prestation était médiocre.

1. The location of the hotel and the area is very nice.
2. Dog-friendly hotel.
3. Free public parking right near the building.
1. The hotel never tried to make a prepayment via booking.com as it should be actually. The full amount had been charged only upon arrival in the hotel with additional local taxes via bank card.
2. They checked us in a different cheaper room for the first night. Just because somebody who had been living in our booked room asked them to prolong the stay from 3 nights to 4 nights. I think this is unacceptable because we paid for 15 days stay in our Deluxe room and it looked like they tried to cheat us with a cheaper room. Also, nobody even informed us about the issue before the payment and after this case nobody even tried to compensate that first night.
3. There is no sound isolation in the room at all. You hear everything in the neighbor's apartment. All night long.
4. The bathroom is already too old and need renovation.
5. The whole apartment and the furniture needs to be renovated actually.
6. The fridge and oven need to be repaired.
