The hotel, grounds and restaurant were top notch. Casa Sur was like a wellness retreat with the stone walled garden and excellent facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and restaurant menu was varied and exciting. Really tasty food. My ratings are 10/10 for Casa Sur hotel. I would love to make a return trip with my family in the future. I recommend this hotel as the best hotel in old town kaleici. It has everything you need and more for the perfect holiday. Thank you Casa Sur staff for making our stay a most memorable one. Kind regards, Matthew.

Absolutely everything. The service, decor and location.
There is nothing I didn’t like. However, if there is room for improvement I would say the food. But the food is good overall it could just be a bit better.
Also the small double bed in room piedre I think it was? It is really small so not really suitable for two girls with loads of clothes and make up. No one’s fault though, it was still lovely. And also it’s quite hard to use the tv, it takes ages to load and it’s not really clear what you’re pressing and then you give up after a while.
