The hotel and location was superb and the staff were so friendly and nice

The hotel premises are beautiful, old ottoman style buildings around a peaceful swimming pool. The ruins underneath the hotel are nice to visit as well.
What really disappointed me was that the hotel advertises free private parking. This was the main reason I booked this hotel and paid a premium over the other comparable cheaper hotels in the area. The day I booked (which was over one month prior the check in date) I immediately informed the hotel that I would require parking, and was told it would be subject to availability. I would need to contact the hotel half an hour before arrival. Upon arrival the parking lot (that has a capacity of 3 cars only) was full and I ended up having to pay for parking about 10 minutes walking (in the summer heat with heavy suitcases) from the hotel. If I had known beforehand that I wouldn’t be able to confirm parking, I wouldn’t have booked the hotel. I recommend not advertising free private parking if the capacity is only 3 cars (which doesn’t even nearly match the amount of rooms) and it cannot be confirmed at the time of booking.

Beautiful location, very interesting archeological site under hotel, nice rooms, excellent breakfast, kind staff
At night, there are at least 3 sources of loud music nearby. Kareoke in the bar, a disco next door, etc. This was completely too much
